Dehn Harper, Sunnyside Home Inspections owner & operator, has over 24 years of experience in contracting and inspecting. Additionally, his list of certifications include: ICC Combination Inspector, InterNACHI, CSU Green Building, and InspectionGo Academy.
There is no home issue that Dehn hasn't seen (and fixed!) which allows him to provide both home buyers and sellers with a sense of confidence that every detail will be inspected properly.
Dehn takes pride in being extremely thorough and works closely with his clients to ensure they understand the process. It is normal for problems to be found, but it is important to be aware of your home's condition.
